Breathwork and Meditation Series
During this 6-week series our small group will meet weekly and practice pranayama, meditation and study yoga philosophy in lecture format.
Pranayama and Meditation are wisdom practices; they are powerful tools for self-discovery and healing. The practices taught in our classes go beyond simple deep breathing to reveal the connections between your physiology, thoughts, and energetic patterns—allowing you to quiet the mind, heighten receptivity and release deep patterns of physical tension. From this open state, we'll transition into simple but impactful meditation practices as a means of opening to “the intrinsic radiance of being.”
The emphasis for this series is on establishing a personal practice through exploration of the fundamentals of yogic breathwork and meditation practices so that you can confidently progress. Even as a regular practitioner, there will be take-aways and fresh perspectives to reinsure your practice.
