Prior experience with Yoga is advised.

A mixed-modality movement class that incorporates elements of Yoga, Pilates, functional movement and isometrics. Mindfully develop strength, expand your range of motion and feel good in the body you're in!

SUBTLE
PRACTICE
Relaxed practice with a focus on the subtler aspects of yoga. Incorporates gentle movement, Yin and Restorative Yoga, pranayama and deep rest.
