We practice based on a monthly curriculum. This means that there’s a central point of focus in a set sequence for each class for about 4-5 weeks. Repetition helps students to:

  • Develop competency within the skills that they're learning

  • Relax because they develop familiarity with the sequence

  • Feel confident that they will be safe knowing what movements are included in each class

  • Learn how to modify the movements to suit their needs

  • Monthly change also keeps the mind sharp and present thanks to novelty and newness

  • Develop strength by adapting to new challenges

How Do I Sign Up?

  • If you're a new client, please sign this waiver and send it to hello@katarinayoga.com before your first class.

  • Choose your class from the timetable above and click “Book Now”.

  • You'll be connected to Momoyoga.com where you'll need either create an account or log in using existing credentials.

  • If you're new here, have run out of passes or your membership has expired, purchase your payment option.

  • Ta da! You're booked in!

  • You'll receive an email with the Zoom link thirty minutes before class starts.

  • Class recordings are sent within 24hrs of live class and available for 5 days from time you receive it. *This means that from whatever timezone you're in, you can take the class when it works for you! Just make sure you've preregistered to be sent the link.
