About: Slow Retreat
The season of Winter invites us to slow down. Mother Nature is quietest at this time of year and she welcomes us to do the same. This one-day retreat is an exploration of slowing down in every way: through how we move our bodies, through the food we eat and how we connect with one another. Let's fall into step with the rhythm of nature and take a day of rest together to leave feeling nourished, loved and cared for on all levels.
