How do I book in for a class?
Choose your class then click the “book class” button. You will be transferred to Ribbon. Login or create an account. Choose your payment option. You can use your existing Ribbon profile to log in. If you have any trouble with the login process please reference this tutorial video. An email with the Zoom link is sent out an hour before class starts.
Can I bring my friend or family members to a Live online class?
Of course and please do! We ask that each participant register for and pays separately for their class.
When attending Live classes over Zoom, please mute your microphone so as not to disturb others. We ask that you put your phone away and on silent mode when practicing.
What’s your group class cancellation policy?
If you book into class and are unable to attend, please cancel anytime before your class is due to start. You can do so via your Ribbon dashboard. There is no penalty for cancellations.
You may cancel your membership anytime through your Ribbon dashboard.
What's your cancellation policy for private sessions?
Please give 24 hours’ notice if you must cancel a private session. If you cancel within 24 hours for non-emergency or non-medical reasons, you will be invoiced a Late Cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the service. If you do not show up for your booking, you will be charged the full cost of the session as a No Show fee.
Terms and Conditions
In participating in a Katarina Yoga class, treatment, course or workshop online or in person and as a condition of my participation, you AGREE to the following terms and conditions:
By participating in any Activities at Katarina Yoga, you affirm that you have sought medical advice regarding your fitness or are certain of your ability to practice advanced level yoga. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions (e.g. asthma, diabetes, heart disease), physical injuries, weakness, are pregnant or post-natal, you should consult with your doctor first before engaging in the Activities and you must fully inform us about any such conditions before participation. Please communicate and inform us IMMEDIATELY if at any point you do not feel well during the Activities.
You hereby release, hold harmless, indemnify and waive any claims against Katarina Wittkamp, its members, directors, officers, contractors, employees, volunteers, agents, executors, administrators, successors, family members and assigns (the “Released Parties”) from any liability and damages arising from death or personal injuries, including the contraction of COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, however caused including as a result of Katarina Yoga’s negligence, during your participation in the Activities at Katarina Yoga. You are releasing the Released Parties at your own risk and you agree to forfeit any and all forms of legal recourse which may be available to you, including but not limited to any form of damages, as a result of your participation in the Activities. You agree that these provisions above apply to you, your family, heirs, executors or anyone else who may be able to bring a legal action on your behalf in the future.
You agree that you have read this Waiver and fully understand its contents and voluntarily agree to be bound to all of its terms.

I’m new here. Where do I start?
You might want to begin with the Subtle Practice classes if you’re looking for a softer introduction. You may then progress to the Functional Vinyasa classes then last the Vinyasa classes. While practicing feel free to rest as much as you need to and take breaks! Ask any questions you have about practice via email, before/after class or using the chat function on Live classes over Zoom.
How many classes are in the on-demand library?
There are over 80 classes in the on-demand library (and counting)!
When are new classes posted in the on-demand library?
We release one new class to the on-demand library per week. This service is available to members only.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least five minutes before class or your private session is scheduled to begin so you have time to settle into the space--especially if it’s your first time with us.
What is your refund policy?
All purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
Do you offer discounted rates for seniors, full-time students or low-income households?
If budget is a barrier to accessing these services please send me an email and we can discuss options. I do my best to make my services available to all income levels.
Your privacy is important to us. It is Katarina Yoga’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website and other sites we operate.
We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.
We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.
Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.
You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.
