FAQ AND SUPPORT
I’m new to yoga. Where do I start?
As an on-demand member, you might want to begin with the Subtle Practice classes if you’re looking for a softer introduction. You could then check out the Functional Vinyasa, Hatha, Meditation and Breathwork classes then last the Vinyasa classes. While practicing feel free to rest as much as you need to and take breaks! Ask any questions you have about practice via email.
When should I arrive for a 1:1 session (in person)?
Please arrive at least five minutes before your private session is scheduled to begin so you have time to settle into the space--especially if it’s your first time working with me.
What’s your on-demand membership cancellation policy?
Please cancel anytime via the student portal. There is no penalty for cancelling. You can also freeze your membership instead of cancelling.
How many classes are in the on-demand library?
There are over 160 classes in the on-demand library (and counting)!
When are new classes posted in the on-demand library?
I release one new class to the on-demand library per week. This service is available to members or you can rent a video for $5 for 5 days' access.
What is your refund policy?
All purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. If you must cancel attendance at a training, retreat or workshop for medical or emergency reasons, please do your best to give 24 hours notice so that I can try to fill your spot. If I'm able to fill it, you will receive a full refund. If not, unfortunately no refunds are available.
What's your cancellation policy for private sessions?
Please give 24 hours’ notice if you must cancel a private session. If you cancel within 24 hours for non-emergency or non-medical reasons, you will be invoiced a Late Cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the service. If you do not show up for your booking, you will be charged the full cost of the session as a No Show fee.
Do you offer discounted rates for seniors, full-time students or low-income households?
If budget is a barrier to accessing these services please send me an email and we can discuss options. I do my best to make my services available to all income levels.
